Kallah Classes

Getting married is a huge life milestone, that often comes with lots of joy, and some trepidation. I will work collaboratively with you to address those trepidations. Woven into the practical halachos of taharat hamishpacha (family purity) I incorporate relationship skills, practical how to guides, and important knowledge for all aspects of married life.
"Kallah Classes" are the educational sessions for brides-to-be that are typically focused on the Jewish laws and customs related to marriage. In six virtual one on one sessions, I will guide you through learning taharas hamishpacha (family purity) in a way that’s clear, respectful, and deeply meaningful.

I'm certified by Nishmat OU and well-versed in Chabad minhagim. (customs) I create a space where questions are welcome and never judged, and I value the clarity that comes from understanding what’s actual halacha (Jewish law) and what’s common practice.

My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and grounded in both halacha and mental health. Alongside the halachic foundations of mikvah and niddah, we’ll explore topics like physical intimacy, emotional safety, communication, and what it means to enter marriage with intention and connection.
