ADHD is a different way of processing the world that impact:

  • Attention & focus 

  • Impulse control 

  • Executive functioning

    • things like planning, time management, and memory

  • Emotional regulation 

 

ADHD isn’t something that needs to be fixed. In learning how to "hack" the challenges you experience, you can change how you interact with the world.

My goal as a neurodivergent-affirming therapist is to help you:

✔️ Understand your ADHD- what’s actually happening in your brain
✔️ Find strategies that fit you (not just generic coping skills)
✔️ Build systems that make life feel easier, not exhausting.
