Depression affects how a person feels, thinks, and functions. It’s more than just feeling sad or going through a rough patch, and it can impact so many areas of life.

 

Depression is a common condition that many people live with silently. You don’t have to be “fine” or “grateful” to avoid struggling. It’s okay to feel stuck or overwhelmed, and seeking help means you are already doing hard things to help yourself.

My goal as a therapist is to help you:

✔️ Understand your depression- what’s going on with your emotions and brain
✔️ Identify and challenge negative beliefs that keep you stuck
✔️ Find ways to feel better and more in control of your life

 

Depression shows up in different ways for different people. You might feel persistently low, tired, disconnected, or even irritable. But no matter how it looks, it’s real, and you don’t have to go through it alone.
